Eastern State Pennatentiary is one of america’s oldest prisons. Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania it has horror story after horror story. It housed notorious inmates, such as Al Capone. The picture above is of the barber chair where inmates would go get there hair cut by other inmates!
